The Fund implements our value investing strategy on a global basis. The investment objective is to provide long-term capital appreciation and preserve capital by investing in a concentrated portfolio of primarily common shares of global securities.

The Fund is offered without a prospectus. Therefore, it is only available to qualified investors that meet the conditions of various prospectus exemptions under Canadian securities law.
